Mark Strough has been a fitness trainer since the mid 1990s and a lifelong lifter and Martial Arts instructor. He works with all age groups and personalizes exercise and nutrition programs based on client’s goals. He shares what he feels is the safest, simplest, most effect methods of fitness training and it doesn’t involve hours in the gym. He also shares stories of his life with an autoimmune condition and other client’s stories of success eating a nutrient dense WOE (way of eating), and other lifestyle principles.
